i could see how you think that, but typing on the internet is a vastly different creature than turning in a term paper. ask any 14 year old! i never had any problems with spelling of grammar in school… granted it’s possible i may have lost some of it! (just like the lie they tell you that you never forget how to ride a bike.) totally not true, im living proof. i tried riding a bike a few years ago, SPAZZTASTIC!
Actually I think *rob’s* spelling is fairly good – his errors mostly look like typos. And his grammar is excellent – again, allowing for missing words from typing too quickly.
“What a mirror-image of the real estate world in New York, even mid-crisis: here, people mortgage themselves for life, make all sorts of sacrifices, to buy a home. In Detroit, college students can seriously talk about buying a house and then THROWING IT AWAY when they finish school. Incredible!”
it should be somewhere in the middle. what hope does a kid in college now have of ever buying anything in NYC? (Unless they work for Goldman) – you’re gonna start (well, it’s already happening) seeing the brightest, best and most interesting kids coming up going to other cities.
DH, dont fight the power, join them. I see an I-banker in you – somewhere, somehow, etc

Legion – Aren’t wolverines hibernating at this time of year so it’s safe?
“is there a Mets fan here I can air my gripes?”
I was, but I’ve morphed into a Yankees fan since the 1986 World Series.
