NJ sucks!
Last night had to drive to NJ and a major highway in that miserable state was not plowed or salted. Truly unacceptable. However they did have a sign blinking ‘Reduce Speed’ and another sign that said the highway was closed after exit ‘X’ cause of dangerous road conditions and to use alternate routes.
I saw VHH also has Braised Beef Cheeks.
Has anybody tried beef cheeks?

Oh alright, I’ll vouch for Pete, too. He’s actually REALLY nice and engaging, in person.
