Gem, as much as it pains me to vouch for Pete, let alone say anything nice about him, he’s a really nice, good guy, and I suspect you’re mistaking his snarkiness for meanness. That said, if you’d EVER come out for drinks with us, you’d have met Pete by now, and you’d know that for yourself!!!!!
Just a pork chop. I think wattle is a reference to the farm or the breed of the pig, but at VHH it’s just a chop from near the rib. Nicely done and served right on a cutting board over a bed of homemade sauerkraut. I also recommend their side of roasted brussels sprouts with peanuts and mint.
Doubt I’ll be back today so have a nice weekend, all.

I set up a blog so family and friends can follow my progress in a certain aspect of my life. This morning I added a post and noticed the day/time was all screwy.
I went to update the settings and the only time zone I could find closest to us was Montreal……aaaarrggh!
