CarGar – If she can’t manage stairs how is she going to leap onto that railing?
CGar, do you keep window/door open for CDog to go in/out on her own? if it’s always supervised (ie you tie her leash to something before you let her out onto this balcony), then this is fine. if not, I would worry about her going over the railing

the bastards at the bodega i go to raised the prices of 40’s from 2.50 to 2.75. i know it’s not that much of a difference, but for some reason that extra quarter just annoys me. why not just f’ing raise it to an even 3? actually dont.
dipster i will only get colt 45 if they have no OE. i dont really like the taste of colt 45. i actually like to drink my 40s warm, but when colt 45 is warm it tastes rotten.

That’s a nice apartment, balcony, and building. I know it well. Don’t know if CDog would fit between the bars – I’m more concerned about her going over the top since it’s not terribly high.

It looks as if the floor of the balcony is level w/ the bottom of the window sill & is really only for putting potted plants on.
Good point M4L. How tall is Cdog? the balcony barrier looks like maybe 20″ tall at most. Maybe Cdog would like to watch the sights below.
