I’ve never balked at pork or shellfish, and I’ve even eaten scrapple, although I do have a strange aversion to cheeseburgers. But I think my overreaction last week to arkady’s 4-pork + heavy butter breakfast was the emergence of some kind of recessive kashrut gene. Thankfully, it is recessive.
