but everytime you’re the pitcher, you give the pile away so it all depends if you’re a NET pitcher or catcher. lastly, you can’t expect to get too much jewelry when you’re targeting poor immigrants to be the pitcher
g10, go with 400k and massive downpaymt. the big down paymt will get them to the negotiation table. don’t be surprised you might be able to get them to agree to 425k
