Dipster- I am selling a slightly used modern sectional. Bought it two years ago for $2200, but immediately got pregnant and had to rearrange house, so, I’ve been meaning to sell it. deep discount. give me your email i will send you pics.
The one for sale though is 281 18th Street. I had wanted to see what it last sold for (looks like the broker overpaid in ’07) It was originally listed for 1.5 and now it’s down to 999k.
I’ve lost my mind (nothing new, right!). I was putting in 17th Street when I really meant to be putting in 18th Street. Argh. Not getting any sleep is ruining my brain!
So it sounds like you are putting a street address into the block & lot finder in ACRIS and coming up dry. Is that correct? Do the properties come up on DOB’s site with those addresses? Is it possible that the actual address for tax purposes is slightly different than what’s on teh building (e.g. 540 instead of 538)?

sorry to say a sectional might be too big (no homo)

which pretty much means it doesn’t exist…wrong number???
snappy probably got the wrong borough
it doesn’t come up on BIS
OK, pull up the parcel map and figure it out that way:
http://gis.nyc.gov/dof/dtm/mapviewer.jsf
put in block and lot of something closeby and work from the tax map to get block and lot.
try propertyshark
you must be using wrong street spelling
