no offense, but the hell is gonna rent anything in brand new world trade center buildings if there is already a giant glut of office space in nyc?! i think some sort of memorial SHOULD have been done already tho (unless it is and im just ignorant of it). maybe put a museum in it’s place, not more offices, there’s no demand for it! but then again didnt the original world trade center sit empty for like the longest time in the last 70s? or am i thinking something totally else.
Kens, ronaldo contract can get you one in Da Village if you want to live there. just make sure the house has multiple stairs for entrance / exit – makes it convenient as you route the groupies into and out of your pad

M4L, I like your way of thinking!
The poo forum thread is hilarious.
maybe the real estate market and financing isn’t helping speed up the process either.

Sorry…trying to draw a sloping arrow then coworkers needed me…there’s a sitemeter button that keeps appearing, in the bottom left corner.

Very nice, denton, fascinating to get the inside view. Thank you!
I totally agree, Dave. Compared to the Empire State Building, completed in just over a year, at the height of the Depression.
