Bad lyrics? Here’s my nomination. Anyone knows wtf this means? I don’t even know anyone who claims to have figured it out while, ahem, elevated when the song was fresh. Here goes:
In and around the lake
Mountains come out of the sky and they stand there
One mile over we’ll be there and we’ll see you
Ten true summers we’ll be there and laughing too
Twenty four before my love you’ll see I’ll be there with you
Widgers loves peanut butter.
Did you see that bubble wrap started out to be a wall covering?!?
Myer’s of Keswick has wonderful bangers! Best I’ve had anywhere.
The night before I left for Christmas, my laptop died. Over the week I was away I more or less came to peace with the prospect I might not be able to retrieve the files and documents I’d created over the 7 years I’ve had it.
However when I returned, I got it to work after Googling some tech info while away. This weekend I was looking through some of the files; a 116 page single spaced novel I really don’t remember writing much of, except knowing roughly it was in a four month period. I mean, I remember working on it, but the actual content was like reading somebody’s elses work. I don’t recall the stories, images, or dialogue, or making up the characters names in many places.
Then this morning I logged into my old blog and looked up something, and reread old posts describing events and the exact quotes from people, which I recorded and wrote down in total detail (apparently).

The counters are most likely teak. The floors look like they are walnut but c/b pecan.
So you say, considering you and ET were huddled in a corner most of the evening! Ha! Thought I didn’t see that?
Arkady- my Widget is much more finicky but Moose eats pretty much anything. Haven’t tried PB on him yet. He also loves yogurt.
Dave, do you think the kitchen counters are teak??

Holy Shmoly, that Savannah house is gorgeous!
Makes some of the expensive drop dead beautiful homes in Brooklyn look schlocky.
Savannah is a great little city. I liked Charleston a lot more tho.

Very weird!
“is out hunting for chairs now”
Or at least I was until I caught her with her arms around Benson in the OT After Hours on Friday.
Pavarotti is requesting lunch so I’m breaking to whip up some grub. I may be back later…
