  1. When you put pudding in between the layers of a cake, can it be regular vanilla pudding? Or is it a special kind of pudding that is typically used? Can I use that pudding as icing on top as well? (Surprise…I can’t stand regular icing!)

  2. so my husband is working in Windsor Terrace today and since I didn’t harass him about getting me donuts yesterday he has strict instructions that he’s not to leave the borough of Brooklyn without stopping in Bensonhurst to pick up the best cannolis on the planet from Villabate. What I really want is small reproduction of our wedding cake which is layers of chocolate cake, thick pudding like chocolate ganache, more cake, cannoli cream, repeat but that’s special order and I didn’t know until this morning that’s where he’d be.

    I’m guessing he withheld the information on purpose. So as not to have a 5 stops, six page long grocery list.
