  1. I like the Timorous Beasties and the COle & Sons. And the first one on Madison & Grow. But the Flavor Paper and the Osborne & Little ones are blowing my mind- so trippy.
    Still can’t write memo btw.

  2. Is there a Warren Buffet for poor people?

Yes it’s called BRK/B, the “B” shares. Buffetts recent performance as measured by the performance of berkshire hathaway stock has been very poor.

  3. “Jessi/CGar, I’ll email you tomorrow afternoon and we can meet at the Manhattan side of the Bridge.”

Good deal. We can have a 3-way gender verification of brokedeveloper (no hetero/no homo).

  4. ET, how badly have they done??? What are the long term performance numbers vs. the S&P 500???

Most managers don’t perform as well as the S&P500 so you might be better off putting all your money in one of those ETFs.

That said, you’ rather young (though you don’t look it) and you should have more in growth stocks and international. If they just picked the wrong funds, that can happen with any advisor.

  5. on another note…
why do cookies from Europe almost always taste better than American cookies?
I am addicted to the French brand LU – omg their cookies are so tasty…. especially their little school boy cookies with the whole slab of dark chocolate on top and the biscuit on the bottom

    carry on….

  6. “I dropped all my work permit papers off at the consulate today. Everything was different from what the lawyer said / implied and I’m still not sure if I did it all right!”

It’s all for naught, etson, as I’ve already informed the Canadians you’re a terrorist in an effort to keep you in New York.

  7. Jessi/CGar, I’ll email you tomorrow afternoon and we can meet at the Manhattan side of the Bridge. Whoever else works downtown, let me know if you’re interested. biffchampion at yahoo dot com.
