I like David Pogue too. I’m finally going to get a cell phone but I need it to do a couple of things- be easy to text on and have a screechingly loud volume control. I’m extremely hard of hearing and fining the right phone has always been a huge problem. Any recs?

oh God I certainly hope BlackRoc isn’t on my label as I think Dame Dash is their manager who I have worked with and is completey nuts. He’s a hustler through and through and was trying to convince me to spend marketing money on an act overseas where I knew the act wouldn’t be successful just so he could go overseas to a party.
they prob are still an unsigned act which might be better for them in the long run!
I have a crackberry for work. And no I don’t have an evil boss…I have several..kidding.
I just won’t get another one bc I felt dumb looking at two crackberries. And what fun is that?
I only wish I worked for Google. I do like the Android technology and Google is very smart and have very deep pockets to do their R&D. Apple might have the touch technology patent but I wouldn’t be surprised something is brewing at Google’s lab that will one day surpass it. And I think it’s a good thing. Nothing like good ‘ol competition to brew up some innovation.
Apple is great but ATT sucks. If this trend continues, people will opt out and go towards a network that will be able to actually service its users. This happened in Japan when 3G was introduced several years ago and it will happen here.

blowfish,
why would I read a column when I’ve had a front row seat to the spectacle for almost over 15 years of practice?
you say that what I posted is the present. far from it, the best is yet to come. most doctors still accept insurance as it is. most doctors haven’t gone fee for service yet. most doctors haven’t opted out of Medicare yet.
…but they will. purely for economic reasons.
and this “bill” will do nothing to improve the situation since it basically proposes to decrease doctor re-imbursements by another 20% and increase patient load by 30 million people, all without addressing a need to increase the levels of practitioners drastically.
Republicans haven’t contributed to the bill constructively because the bill has been formulated completely behind closed doors expressly forbidding their contributions.
In fact, one democratic senator was recently quoted as saying the Republicans were basically not welcomed into the process of forming this bill.

biff,
ROTFLMAO!
toonces was THE best.
Legion, the Arizona branch of the Mayo Clinic just opted out of Medicare.
“Would love to do a mini-PLUSA run to Lucali! Count me in!”
“CGar, we should definitely do a trip to Lucali. Maybe I’ll take the Champs and you can join us, if you’re ok with that.”
Either or both of you, just tell me when, and I’m in!! Looking forward to meeting the Champs, Biff. And BH’s long lost brother, Chip, Cobble.

Cobble, of course would love to have you and BH join us at Lucali. Maybe the weekend after this one?
