Expert…it’s hard enough to listen to PLUSAs try and sing (with the exception of WonTon). If the PLUSAs were pantless to boot, the next CobbleSnaps Production would be a ghost town! (cue the rolling tumbleweeds)
Slopey, you are right about their poor choice in law firms. I’m sure that by the time we got done, that woman would have owed Winnebago some money instead of the other way around. When will people learn? 🙂

That’s a big verdict in Winnebago. Obviously, Winnebago erred in not retaining Snappy, Slopey, CGar and Jessi, LLP.
But perhaps, with GPS and cruise control, we are well on our way to cars like in Sleeper that know where they are going. Plaintiff just jumped the gun a little bit.
