rob, I’ve always wanted to do a photo essay on that. I have seen a coupla of AMAZING pj apts. People think they’re all poor people back from the brink. Nothing could be further than the truth.
I think so too, Rob, but it’s hard to convince people, unless they have rhino skin, to allow this bunch to see inside their homes. That’s why the reno threads are so few and far between. Who wants to be cut a new one over every design choice they make?

I think that many of the recent HOTDs have actually been HOTD in the past. Seems we haven’t seen many new listings at all.
Not criticizing, just sayin.
BrokeD, Mr B said no new listings generally come out this week, so he said not to bother. They will be back next week, as per usual.
