I love rob’s idea too. It could even be small projects- like restoring a piece of furniture. We could have a special tribute to rob and all do projects using peacock motifs 🙂
Snappy’s idea is great too but like MM pointed out, its going to be tough because people love ripping a new one and who needs the insults?

You know, MM, I’d like to see a feature, maybe monthly, along the lines of the NYT’s “Living In” column. You could get one or two B’Stoners to give an honest perspective of what it’s like to live in that particular hood, name their fave and not so fave places to eat, shop, give the skinny on how reliable bus/train service is there, what car svcs are good and don’t hassle you about wanting a ride there, etc.
