Ah, it is funny that I am straight but exhibit a lot of the traits of gay men; love of cooking, dressing well, working out and keeping the body in shape, etc.

You sound like my Chinese friend, P.Y. who was born in Bay Ridge. Nothing sexier on an Asian guy than a Brooklyn accent, except maybe an Aussie accent.

Anyone else a fan of Truffle Tremor?
I have the cheese names written down at home. They were so good that I had to retrieve the wrappers from the trash. There was one incredibly stinky soft french cheese that was out of this world.
The BB recipe is my own but essentially the same as Julia’s. I don’t know where it originally came from.
