ET, love the Manhattan mansion. I used to have a voice coach near there, and I loved walking around the area. It’s one of the few places in Manhattan I’d live in. 25 mill, it’s a steal!

The columns in the BH house look like they’ve been gussied up by a faux painter. They’d be a lot less noticeable if they were painted plain white, gold is so nouveau riche. Red room, not my taste, but I get it. Red ceiling, never!
