  1. “The fine WAS $175,000, ENY. It will be reduced to $82,500 if she doesn’t have any more major offenses through 2011.

The fine is donated to the Grand Slam Development Fund. Wasn’t the Grand Slam a burger of some sort???

Hey Dave, I don’t want to nit-pick (or maybe I do), but it was the other way around. The fine was $85,500 and can increase if she has a major offense at a Grand Slam event through ’11. See the AP story.

There’s still a lot of EUROTRASH here in the Flatiron district. They’re lined up at Shake Shack as we speak.

  2. Ha, Dave! I’ve been to your house, your home furnishings and decor are quite nice. No comment on the rest, I didn’t inspect your closets (absolutely no comment there) and I don’t think my remaining days are enough to sift through the rest.

  4. “speaking of eurotrash… where did they all go? they used to be in droves all over soho, but i really dont see or hear them anymore. dipster, have you noticed this too?”

I think around the holidays they migrate up to midtown, Rob.

Don’t jinx it!! I haven’t heard europeans babbling in a while!!

  5. “The PRESS AGENT is shopping it for them!”

BINGO, ENY!! And, apparently, they are involved in something like 14 lawsuits either as plaintiff or defendant. And that winery they supposedly own…it was his parents money…and they’re suing his parents over it!! OMG!

    I agree MM.

  6. I read that too, CGar. Figures. Homeland Security has to be one of the most egregious legacies of the past administration. Even the name is awful. The Secret Service should go back to being an independent entity under the Justice Department, or wherever it was before.
