Expert, I think it’s fair but I too would like less. the sustainability and profitability of the business model in Bed Stuy is not as robust as elsewhere in brooklyn. One of the things Bed Stuy lacks is a lot of foot traffic during the daytime. The to/from work traffic is the driving force.
That said, on any given time in the evening, MANY people coming off the subway there are carrying Whole Foods & trader Joes bags.
