Dave, I might take you up on that offer to talk.
Although your venture is different than mine, I might want to pick your brain.
Partner and I have been talking about doing this for a long time and I think now might be the best opportunity.
Expert…If you want to talk more about this and share ideas let’s chat. I’ve got no vested interest yet in anything. I’ve done a lot of research and pricing for the store that I described.
Malcolm X actually gets a lot more traffic and is changing but it’s not at all like Lewis Ave or Stuyvesant Ave.
Dave, that’s what I noticed yesterday. That in Bed Stuy there wasn’t lots of foot traffic by the retail hubs and it seemed like there wasn’t a really long strip of retail. Besides the three block strip on Lewis, It seemed like the retail (and nothing exciting, but corner delis) was clustered around corners and scattered amongst the blocks.
My partner said it’s probably best to be on a subway street.
Maybe I’ll go check out the empty fronts on Lewis.
“ENY…not sure I’d have that procedure done in India. As an alternative, probably priced in between the two extremes, I’d research Singapore first.”
Dave, the point is medical care is extremely overpriced, and professionals like this doctor are among the people who can create a revaluation of the cost of medical services that will be one step in helping to alleviate the healthcare crisis in the U.S. I was also intrigued by last night’s episode of 60 Minutes, which similarly reflected on this issue.
Looks like the retail strip to start a new business now is Vanderbilt in Prospect Heights.

I saw last night’s 60 Minutes. That’s a tough spot for everyone to be put in, especially the patient if he/she is rational and “with it.”
