I’m going to my M.I.L.’s house. I’m not up for hosting anything this year. I never know how I’m going to feel when I wake up so I’d hate to be having a shitty day and be stuck in the kitchen forced to complete all this stuff I bought.

Harsh. A close relative of my brother-in-law just died of that this summer. Age 64.
