I love the Seinfeld episode too…had me singing the damn tune for days after I saw it.
I kinda like “MOT” 🙂 Easier to pronounce than THM (unless you want us to call him ‘thumb’!)

Tried to keep the dog out,
but he just ran in.
I love the Seinfeld when George gets that song stuck in his head.
He once referred to himself as Man of the Townhouse.
