– The highways are clearly marked with exit signs and indicate the distance until that exit.
DO NOT WAIT till the last possible moment to go from the left hand lane to take the exit in the right hand lane, cutting people off, causing me to break to avoid hitting you.
– Look in your blind spot before changing lanes. I might be there. AND for Sh*t’s sake, SIGNAL before changing lanes to alert other drivers of your intentions.

No, I threw out the other veggies, they were all wilty and almost grey! I wanna use a carrot, some more celery and onion, then add the stock [Now 4 quarts – was 5, cooking down to maybe 3 or so.

I prefer using the chicken salad, but my mother used to make chicken crepes or chicken blintzes (what she called them depended on how Jewish she was feeling on a given day).
To what end do you want to saute all that stuff? If you’re thinking of sauteeing the veggies from the soup, aren’t they too far gone for that already?

I totally agree but I’ll still point out something to you. We didn’t invade turkey, or Persia (I strongly believe democracy will prevail there because the people do want it)- democracy wasn’t forced on them. China is changing- there is no doubt- but no matter Tienanmen Sq., we aren’t invading them. But Change has definitely come to China.
CGar, I’m skimming it. I have a fat separator/strainer cup. — well worth the investment. I’m going to try to cook it down to almost half the volume. I’m freezing half the meat for something next week — maybe like a Chicken tetrazini thing? It think I may still end up freezing some of the stock. I’m totally going full Mimi Method there — it’s brilliant!
So then, can I just saute the onion, carrot, celery and then add stock and meat. & maybe egg noodles? What if I add a little lemon juice?
