Bxgrl- I don’t know if you remember but last year around this time I was “on watch” with our then 18 yr old J-Kun. In the span of a week he had lost half his body weight, refused to eat, etc. We gave him antibiotics, fluids daily and force-fed him for a week. The day he perked up? The day after we had “the appointment” scheduled. We think he heard me on the phone and said, “Oh shit, they’re serious! I better cut the crap now and eat something.”
A year later he’s still the tough guy of the house.
They’re awesomely stubborn shits sometimes. So enjoy him for as long as he’ll let you.
