DH! Where’s DH? A few weeks ago – after several pitchers of Margaritas – we talked about launching a new kickball (or was it dodgeball?) League in McCarren Park and fielding a Brownstoner team (subject to Mr. B’s blessing of course). Instead of t-shirts or hoodies, DH suggested hipster flannel shirts with our log-in names (or abbreviations) embroidered on the back. Snappy, *rob* and Kens have already signed up (though it’s possible they don’t recall.) Who’s in?
Rob, I would never say they are boring, they just have a different (slower) speed of life and very different priorities it seems. As far as being racist, racism and prejudice do not abide by geographical boundaries. There are small-minded, exclusionary people everywhere in the nation.
