A couple of nights ago I had a teleconference with them to discuss this situation. It was an evening call, and I used the speaker phone in my house so that my wife could hear how they speak to us. She couldn’t believe it.
actually ,technically and generally speaking, any drive that attaches to a computer, rather than being internal, is an external drive but they can be very different. But a flash drive uses a different technology than an external hard drive.
