I’d just cook it up and then lay the strips out on a cutting board and slice them into long strips or into little bits.
Really you could wrap anything in it, chicken strips, veggies but without melted cheese to bind it together I don’t know how successful it’d be. Unless you rolled them and then packet tightly into a pan. You’d have to pour sauce of some sort over it so that the pasta didn’t dry out when you baked it.
Biff, prices have been coming down, obviously. Things in BoCoCa are beginning to look reasonable and lots of deals are out there if you have cash and want to do a renovation.
Nothing is cheap i brownstone Brooklyn and it won’t be cheap. Things that are going cheaply in Bed Stuy need a lot of work.
BJ…re: pasta…..cook those lasagna noodles and cover them with a meat or a mushroon ragu.
can make a layered lasagna with tofo, mushrooms, eggplant, whatever and any type of sauce you like. If you weren’t so rich and entitled you’d know this 🙂

No melted cheese??!?!?!!!???
*sitting mouth agape in complete shock*

I like what I think is called the Harvard quandary.
If a person is smart enuf to get into Harvard, would they do OK without the degree? Cuz they’re that smart.
I can’t afford to eat at Wendy’s. They chase me out when I try to enter.
“Is there anything else I can do with the lasagna pasta?”
Y’know, BJ, they do sell pasta in other shapes and sizes 😉
