“Limbaugh blamed DeMaurice Smith, executive director of the NFLPA, whom he called an “Obama-ite,” and the Revs. Al Sharpton and Jesse Jackson, whom he referred to as “race hustlers,” for Checketts’ decision a day earlier to drop him. He said his sacking was an example of the political clout wielded by the Obama administration.”
Nice. Amazingly, he wonders why a league whose key employees are 65% black don’t want him involved.
i totally used to hide when i did a bad thing as a kid. and if i broke something, i would hide that too. we moved when i was in second grade and my parents were not happy with the assorted collection of broken dishes/vases etc behind the cabinet.
ah bxgrl, thanks for the great advice! awesome!!! 🙂 they are all cotton. marked down to $20 from $100!!! 🙂 any of you small butt people, they have XS too (and M/L, woot!)
oh g-d, what an awful story! Did they find him yet?
CG ups- are those pants all cotton? If you want them a dark color you’ll need at least twice as much RIT as they tell you and boiling hot water. Make sure the pants are fully wet when you put them in and keep stirring them- you’ll get uneven color if you don’. Also add salt to the water- it helps the fabric to absorb the dye better. Email me if you have more questions. I used to do fabric dyeing when I did costume restoration.
The Times has a video of the balloon- it’s tiny. I thought it would be some big thing but it’s not at all.
You did bad things as a kid, CG_ups? But you seem so natural and innocent.

30 minutes? Scales are tipping even further away from sympathy for the parents.

For one thing, the parents didn’t call the authorities until it had already been in the air for about 30 minutes.

That’s what I was thinking CG. I hope that’s the case.
