i’m just hoping that the situation rolls, same rent, no more paperwork. though i guess it’s better to have a lease. my landlord is not a fan of paperwork so i wasn’t expecting much in the way of formality.
Yes, CG.. And if you don’t give notice the ll might not return your deposit in the event that you leave. You would think the ll would like to know this as well.
