Morning All! At the risk of being pummeled, I just want to join those who are suggesting that Obama’s Nobel was a bit premature. I voted for Obama (though I’m a devout Hillary supporter) and I want him to succeed, but WTF? Say what you will about Jimmy Carter (and I for one rarely have anything nice to say about him), but he brokered peace between Egypt and Israel. Al Gore? Championed the environment for years. Obama? A Nobel for 9 months of smiling and giving speeches. Really? OK. I guess I don’t get it because I never drank the Kool-Aid. Carry on.
M4L, I’ll share brownstones with fellow commie immigrants. We will lie, cheat and screw the system anyway we can or just work hard and actually earn it :o).
DH, sometimes when people preach national healthcare, equal living for everyone, same pay, etc., I feel like I never left the motherland. If you really want that, there are plenty of communist countries that will accept you. As lech says it best….>>>> line forms to the left.

As for the Peace Prize, my point was whether Mandela is any more revered or Arafat any less reviled because they won the prize before?
