  1. Kens, I believe that’s true. No comment on where I’m at 🙂 , but if you come here, you won’t be posting much anymore (I’m having an off day, usually its non-stop madness).

I know i know and not planning on leaving my job if I don’t get laid off but in this economy, it never hurts to keep your options open just in case. Look at it this way, maybe we can car pool :o).

  2. townhouselady what location are you in.. I love certain areas in Jersey City.. But Hoboken is so much safer… Too bad prices in Hoboken aren’t as low as they are in JERSEY CITY… I want a home but I want a full house for me and the fams.. I won’t plunge into the market unless I find a great deal.. I currently have a great deal on my rental. No need to give it up unless I find a very good deal in a great location..

  3. Hobo- Sounds right to me. I saw things being reduced for a while and they’ve stopped reducing I’d say in the last 3 months and have been moving again. I’ve seen a bunch of houses right around me sell and the prices weren’t too low. Def. lower than what I paid but not scary low.

According to Zillow estimates our house lost 16%.
