[Are you people asleep at the switch today or what?]

Of course, dave, but do you really think this sort of talk is appropriate for the OT? ; )

  2. I realize I’m in TKOTD territory, but I’m between calls and just caught up on the morning’s OT.

benson, MM – Agree with you both on General Petraeus

benson – Jif, sometimes crunchy, usually I prefer it creamy; as I said yesterday, I like it both ways

slopefarm, cobble – Love Tom Lehrer. Actually have him on the iPod. You should definitely post the lyrics to National Brotherhood Week

  3. One thing Hoboken has over brooklyn is the small town feeling combined with a main strip of retailers and restaurants.. Better safety and a much quicker commute to ny than many areas of brooklyn.. Taxes stink in Hoboken and the housing stock is not on Brooklyn’s level.. Oh and the fact that you have to tell friends you live in NJ:)

  6. I’m right near St. Peters College/Lincoln Park. A lot of great homes, some great blocks, some scary blocks. I really like it here.

Hoboken is safer but for those prices I’d have bought in Brooklyn!
