I realize I’m in TKOTD territory, but I’m between calls and just caught up on the morning’s OT.

I like their videos…they crack me up with their constant straight faces.
One thing Hoboken has over brooklyn is the small town feeling combined with a main strip of retailers and restaurants.. Better safety and a much quicker commute to ny than many areas of brooklyn.. Taxes stink in Hoboken and the housing stock is not on Brooklyn’s level.. Oh and the fact that you have to tell friends you live in NJ:)

I’m right near St. Peters College/Lincoln Park. A lot of great homes, some great blocks, some scary blocks. I really like it here.
Hoboken is safer but for those prices I’d have bought in Brooklyn!
