Rob, I see your point, and as probably the least affluent homeowner on this site, I get it. That said, it goes without saying that most of the vendors and services will be targeting the affluent, that’s the basic demographic of the site. As a business owner, I’d be looking to target them as well, any business needs to go where the money is. Saying so is only stating the obvious.
That aside, even though I can’t afford these goods and services, I enjoy looking through them for future reference, and flights of fancy. That’s what magazines provide, what window shopping provides, a chance to dream, and plan, and work for. Nothing wrong with that.
– DIBS – I assume there’s been a noticeable dip in total NYC service-provider income as a result?
Please don’t use DIBS, dip and service provider in the same sentence.
MM is right. He’s speaking to the vendors he’s hoping to snag. This is his livelihood after all.
Snappy has to go to the doctor every morning to see how she’s doing – an 8:30 appt. No report yet today.

Good morning, all.
Any word on how Snappy is doing?

Morning all!
There’s a thread in the forum:
‘En Suite Bathroom’ – it’s calling for Dave and *Rob* to battle it out.
There’s also a thread and in the body is:
Park Slop Nannys
I think they meant Park Slope Ninnies
ditto, I’ve cut way back on paying for services post-Lehman.
