I was once in an Au Bon Pain in midtown and an Italian lady (not American-Italian) was asking the morning beverage-wallah if they had any chamomile, thickly accented.
The guy looked around at his selection and told her “We got whole milk, 1%, half n half and soy milk but we ain’t got no camel milk”
