Well, I assumed as first recipient that i am now on the awards committee and although it would e a great honor to award SOTD to our illustrious founder, I fear it would be a conflict of interest. Although his snarkremark was quite brilliant and apropo. However I feel (as does the rest of the nonexistent board) that the second award should go to DIBS, if our founder so allows. (There is no way, NO WAY BRG is getting the second award until the quality of her posts rises – or falls- to DIBS’ level.

To avoid anything that smacks of cronyism, I have decided to decline SOTD. Thus far today, the award is DIBS’ to lose.
