Ok, then “Bush years”
I can’t believe someone as smart as you seem, Dave would be defending someone who was so incredibly destructive to this country. Not him alone, but under his watch.
just playing devil’s advocate, before reading this article, which I am sure will not be skewed left coming from a NYTimes columnist,
how does the writer reconcile his contention that there was no net household income when overall (the economic housing meltdown notwithstanding) there was a huge gain in homeownership?
could it be that, we are still an immigrant nation and accepting huge numbers of households into the equation dilutes the effects of tax cuts overall?
or perhaps those that benefit most from the tax cuts (the entrepeneurs) have tax structures that are not exposed to ordinary analysis and breakdown according “income”, in other words, they are busy building net worth and passive income that employs strategies to avoid income disclosure. Legally.
I saw an old Battling Maxo on a junk heap i really wanted but was too embarrassed to grab (I would suffer great humiliation at the hands of my family). I would have put labels on each one- bxgrl and benson 🙂
Bxgrl/DIBS/THL- That toy appraiser is pretty funny, and such a knowlegable person. I must admit that the monetary value of those old toys is not too important to me. I am just glad to have them and let a few of them make an appearance at the holidays.

It’s a generally accepted point by the academic community that has analysed the situation. There’s no real way of knowing short of polling the individuals that participated.
anyone think TH sellers are holding firm waiting to see if they can sell house for better price after big fat wall st bonuses? I noticed price chops have stalled a lot and a good number of houses on the big listing firms are entering into contract.
“how about the theme from courageous cat and minute mouse.”
You’re taking me back, Legion! That show was such an absolute riot…Corageous Cat had a “gun” for everything (i.e., “boxing glove gun”). The Frog villian talked like Edward G. Robinson! I loved that show.
