11 Terrace Place can’t even fix the windows that were installed improperly when the building was brand new. It took my landlord a year to fix the windows that had a warranty on them. Only after I filed an HPD action against him did he fix them. Almost every apartment in this building had issues with windows and light fixtures. Now the doors are constantly breaking. So, I’m ok with leaving the rats here to “Dance On The Ceiling” like Lionel Ritchie.
