  1. CG ups, BTW, you seem like you know your way around the kitchen. Why not pick up extra dough as a private chef? You will probably like it and it’s a nice chunk of supplemental income.

    I read a story (NY Times?) a while ago how a chef was hosting private dinner parties at her house and charging like $80 bucks or so for a 3-4 course dinners for 12 people or so and had very good success doing it.

    You might even have clients set up from PLUSAs salivating over your food already.
