When I was 5 my brother started going to catechism school & it scared me so I asked my mother what I could do that was different. She said, “Well, dear, you could be a Jew.” So I went to Hebrew school for about 3 years. Now members of the Tribe come to me w/ kosher questions.
cobble- I meant until I met my virtual hubby, C Gar, of course.
biff- I grew up in a Yiddish/English speaking household and we never called my grandmother (who lived with us) anything but Grandma but everyone else in the family called her Bubba. Not sure why but we never used “Zadie” Wonder why?
I’m sorry I’m going to miss tonight.
