snappy, i use the basic popover recipe on epicurious.com. add grated parmesan liberally to the batter and to the tops. you can use a muffin pan instead of a popover pan. 🙂

Soft shell crabs, mmmmmmmmm. Had those out here 2 nights ago..just butter and capers. Served over soft polenta. Yuuummmmmm
