I’d agree that driving with a PLUSA in the car is far more distracting than texting or making a cellphone call. Perhaps we need to speak to the Governor? 🙂
Cobble, the official legal stance on this matter is that we may be in trouble…they came first! But, we can argue that we are in different fields of business and there would be no overlap and therefore no confusion to the public. But we need funds to fight this! PLUSA dues are late! (I’m looking at you Brighton and Bitter!)
With a $352 MM jackpot you’ll only receive about $125 MM, rob. That doesn’t go far in buying entire blocks in NYC and building a giant Fedders monument.

I listen to Marc Faber over Nouriel….. Much better at telling you what is going to happen and even very good at market timing. The guy is brilliant… Still the guys who listened to Nouriel were able to leave the stock market at high levels…
