DIBS, isn’t the gen’l rule to div by 4 is what one expects to collect post paying off the taxes? so 352 becomes 176 after present-value which then becomes 88 after paying taxes

I think if a guy suggested to his wife that she get a subscription to a woman’s health magazine because she put on weight he’s be cutoff for quite some time.
