    def eat less calories and walk more, take the stairs etc if you can’t join a gym and work out hard a few times a week.
    I have lost 80 pounds and have kept it off for 15 years. I was reallllly chubbo as a teen, but when I was 18 I decided I didn’t want to be fat as an adult and I just watched what I ate and walked on the track to drop the first 20 pounds and then I really kicked it into gear and joined a gym and ate way more veggies and fiber.
    You have to choose foods that are filling and nutricious.
    have a bowl of oatmeal with some walnuts and some blueberries for breakfast, eat a yogurt for snack with an apple, have a solid lunch like a turkey sanwich on WW bread with mustard and a veggie soup(non cream based). sure you can have 2 cookies or a granola bar for that 3pm snack time and then have a dinner with salmon or chicken or WW pasta with tomato sauce with a salad, followed by low cal pudding – it’s totally doable – you should be sticking to a 2000 calorie diet b/c of your size.

  2. BTW HR, I think it was unkind to hate on your wife like that… Excess weight is not only an aesthetic issue, it’s a health issue that could hurt you down the road. Her concern for your health is a good thing, not a bad thing.

    But these guys won’t know until gay marriage comes down the road and bites them in the ass 🙂

  3. HR…I don’t have the address anymore. I’m relying on my friend who lives in JC and works over there at UBS to look for things. We’ve discussed various investments…I used to work with him and I trust his judgement. He’s Chinese and quite hot too but still thinks he’s straight.

  4. Arkady, I have started to walk about an hour a night.. And I live on a high floor so I don’t take the elevator all the way up.. Walk up a few flights every time I am coming home.. Hope it starts to work..

  5. denton…back in the 1930s, high end cars had an optional aftermarket light mounted on the front frame crossbar called a “Pilot Ray” which was a Trademark name. It was linked to your steering linkage and turned with it.

  6. HOBO, no problem. That was really helpful for me and didn’t make me have to feel I was missing out. Instead of a giant bowl of ice cream, which I used to have WAY too often, I just cut it down to a small scoop to still get the taste and satisfy the craving for something sweet after dinner.
