ooooh i picked my own asparagus last night btw! i figured ah well i did buy all the ingredients might as well do it instead of going out and buying it somewhere. i probably did it all wrong. i just filled a sauce jar with wine vinegar, the asparagus, and a ton of pickling salt. i was very tempted to add a lil vodka, but i dont think that would have been a good idea for this party. maybe next time.
