ugh dont get me started on mini golf courses in the city. it’s just SO wrong, but i guess that’s the kind of culture transplants bring in with them. granted im a transplant myself so maybe i shouldnt be such a hypocrite, but i do consider jersey city to be the 6th borough much to the chagrin of some naysayers.
11 times square is the one smart money is watching. Building has zero tenants and will be finished in a couple of months. If they cant sign a lease for over 70 psf for over 100,000 in the next couple of months the entire pricing structure of midtown will collapse
11 TS can’t find tenants. Yet. Also 375 Pearl was slated to get a whole new facade and other interesting improvements (Taconic Partners). No action there either. They won’t move with no tenants. I believe the Macklowe building at 400 Mad has a tenant or two tho. And from all accounts, leasing is picking up. But you won’t see $100 rents for Class A office space for a while, except for the most high end space, 767 5th, 9 W 57th, 712 5th Ave, overlooking CP.
i just moved from bushwick a month ago. lived there for a year. the restaurant you’re talking about is probably Northeast Kingdom. very good. the coffee shop is probably Starr Cafe. it’s okay. mini golf is fun.
bushwick is okay. there are some restaurants and bars within walking distance, which is nice. but the neighborhood is just ugly. i also found the language barrier between new and existing residents to be troublesome. not much sense of community over there.
Stringer – clue is “I was the only rep for my ethnic group among the touring group”.

Stringer, welcome to the hood. This is your 2nd tour at Crown Heights North right?
LOL did anyone read this in the Metro today?
“75 percentage of non-cat-owners say they would describe multiple-cat owners’ homes as smelly.”

Stringer, it was good as usual. definitely worth dropping by it sometime.
