DOS is nuts!!! Last time they complained that I put my trash at the curb, which is where the bus stops. They rang my bell today to say they didn’t take the bag because it was up against the building and not at the curb. They are really getting desperate for fines. Stupid F*cknuts.
Thanks Arkady. One thing I’ve got is plenty of rice! (Someone please tell me why a single person buys a 10lb bag of rice? What was I thinking!)

Beware upstate NY real estate taxes.
Snappy – No. It was one of those little jars of commercial baby food – Beechnut? – mixed w/ plain white rice that I cooked – making it more moist than usual so he got more liquid.
kensington, investment property upstate IS good because almost everyone up there now is on section 8, so you can make the rent super high for the area with a guaranteed check from the government every month.
