  1. If you’re interested in eating habits in China (and the writer says the same thing, they eat anything), I recently read an excellent memoir by Fuschia Dunlop, who is supposed to be the first Westerner who graduated from some famous Chinese cooking school.

  4. I can’t help but notice that the local newpapers have not mentioned the raging debates going on in town halls throughout the nation.
    You know this would be wall to wall coverage if Bush was still in office.
    As it is, the fact that American citizens are coming out in droves to castigate and set their congressmen straight about who is really in charge, is getting scant coverage from the obsequious toadies in the mainstream media.
