Cobble, when you quote me, please feel free to take the liberty of correcting my spelling mistakes. 🙂
Regardless, my post was in jest…I guess it didn’t go over well. I just had to use the word endowed in some way after you were talking about Universities and money. I can’t help myself sometimes.
M4L. There is a little demand for tax lawyers but they don’t really need CPAs to be one. I know of two that are tax lawyers and they have undergrads in psychology and political science. PLUS, tax law is BORING as SHIT. Good money though and you don’t nearly put in as much hours as compared to other law fields working for a large law firm. Now if you go for your own small practice, salary and hours vary tremendously.
I think the thing to remember about What is that he hates MM because she is everything he could never hope to be- smart, talented, well-liked, accomplished, involved in helping her community and educated. (Yale on a scholarship- that means serious brains- another What lack.) So the only response he is capable of is an infantile “MM is stupid” because he isn’t capable of responding with any logic, intelligence or credibility.
I mean, he’s barely capable of putting a coherent sentence together- he’s hardly going to claim to admire a strong, capable woman who can write rings around his little, whiney a$$
Arkady,
I was at Keble. Aside from Oxbridge, the best college in the UK is Imperial College London, which specializes in science (and is better than Oxbridge for many subjects).
think the Jets training camp is open now. saw some pretty big, built, … young guys driving toward the direction of the facilities
etson, don’t sell yourself short. Oxford was ranked #4 in the world in 2008 according to this website:

Agree with you, rob.

There’s certainly no problem with the market for compliance legal people.

I also second m4l. There are specialized areas of law that are always hiring, tax being one of them.
We’re all having trouble with our homophones today.

I don’t know about that dh. I’ve called a few of them today and there doesn’t seem to be any problem with the phones.
