“I keep hearing this $30k number being thrown out for a “basic” kitchen that I don’t understand.
I’m getting a new kitchen, bathroom, full reno on the conservatory plus argon-filled glass roof ($5k just for the glass) for that.
Is construction work just not that competitive in NY?
I remember scoring pretty high on the IQ test but I am really dumb. I think I just generally test well on these things. I also did great on Johnson O’Connor aptitude test back in high school. Boy did I have them fulled. They said that I had an aptitude for becoming a very good surgeon or something like that.
