Oh, sorry, I forgot to mention two places I ate around Marine Park/Mill Basin that were worth checking out. Dolly’s Ices at 58th Street and Avenue U (had the peanut butter cookie dough…heavenly) and Mill Basin Kosher Deli on Avenue T. The frankfurter wrapped in a fried knish was delicious, as was the kishka (stuffed derma).
What, you mean you were raising the temperature with me all morning and you didn’t know what I was talking about? hard to believe, but go back to last week’s thread (url below) and look at what BHO called you at 12:26.
My point was that you can’t shut up about DIBS and the n-word, but you let this one slide. You would not have let me or DIBS call you this, even in a friendly email, and you would have been right. Either you know BHO face-to-face (or you are BHO per some theories), or you are being hypocritical.
Randi, Lebron wants to come to Knicks so he can make even more endorsement bucks. what better excuse to leave Cleveland than to say I’ve delivered you a trophy now I need to help the league and save the Knicks. Even if Cleveland doesnt win next yr, they’ll very likely still going to be closer to trophy than the Knicks so if Lebron leaves for Knicks, he would lack excuse to explain why going to Knicks offer him better shot at trophy than staying. BTW, am I along to think that Dirk Nowitzky is better complement for Lebron than bosh?

I find Francis Bacon’s work tremendously powerful and disturbing.And beautiful. I’ll have to make time to go see the exhibit.

I loved it, and this was my second time going to see it.
His work is certainly not for everyone. I got a chuckle when I heard one guy say to his two kids, “This guy is modern art. Let’s get outta here.”
